    *I do aim to make the sizing as accurate as possible but because these are handmade, sizing may vary slightly

  2. When will my order ship?
    Please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be processed and dispatched

    You should receive an email once your order has been shipped

    £3 per order

    £4.50 per order
    TRACKING AVAILABLE

    £6 per order

  4. Can I change/ cancel my order?
    All sales are FINAL and CANNOT be changed/ cancelled

    Please do make sure that you have entered the correct ADDRESS/ PERSONAL DETAILS as I cannot be responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address

  5. Will my parcel be charged customs and import fees? 
    Depending on your destination, you may be charged with fees which you will be responsible for

  6. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
    Please DM me on INSTAGRAM @BALLZYJUNG and I will see what I can do, however, I cannot be responsible for packages once I have shipped them if you have opted for shipping without tracking

  7. What is your refund policy?
    All sales are FINAL
    Sales are non- refundable/ non- returnable unless damaged upon arrival

    In the event the product is damaged, please contact me by EMAIL or DM me on INSTAGRAM @BALLZYJUNG or email me at ballzyjung@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving for a replacement or refund
