CUSTOM SIZING

If you are requesting custom sizing, once you have completed your purchase, please fill out the "CUSTOM SIZING FORMOR list your sizes when you check out in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" box

*Not necessary if you are choosing standard sizing

CAN I CANCEL/ CHANGE MY ORDER

All sales are FINAL and cannot be cancelled

Slight changes to your order (e.g. sizing, nail shape, colour) may be possible in the event that I haven't started your order and you contact me ASAP!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

As all nail sets are made to order- once you have placed your order and payment is confirmed, please allow up to 14 WORKING DAYS (Monday- Friday) for your order to be fulfilled and shipped

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped

Please contact me if your order has not yet arrived past the estimated time frame and I will guide you as best as I can

You should be able to receive timely updates on your delivery through the tracking details provided to you upon shipment

POLICIES

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Please remember that you are responsible for checking the size guide and choosing your correct sizing- unfortunately, there will be no exchanges/ refunds made for incorrect sizing

Due to the products being made to order and hygiene purposes, all sales are FINAL and therefore non- refundable/ non- exchangeable unless

1. Your order is incorrect- please contact me within 2 weeks and I will arrange to correct my mistake 

2. Your order is damaged upon arrival- please contact me within 2 weeks to receive a replacement*

*You will receive the same as the set initially ordered (excluding the application kit) 

When contacting about a refund/ exchange, please include your order number, full name, email address and any description/ images

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs

Enquiries after 2 weeks will no longer be eligible!

SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure that you have entered the correct ADDRESS/ PERSONAL DETAILS as I cannot be responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address!

Tracked shipping is offered to ensure that you will be able to receive updates on your shipment along the way and that your order arrives safely- depending on the destination, please note that it may take up to 2 WEEKS for your order to arrive

BALLZYJUNG cannot be liable for errors made by the shipping carrier
